Mark Eaton
President, CEO & Director
Mr. Eaton is a graduate from Hull University, England and is an experienced investment professional with over 20 years of experience in equity capital markets specializing in the resource sector. He has held the position of Managing Director of Global Mining Sales, a division of CIBC World Markets of Toronto and Manager of US Equity Sales for CIBC World Markets. Mr. Eaton's most recent position was as a Partner and Director of Loewen Ondaatje McCutcheon Ltd., a Toronto-based investment dealer, which he held from January 2007 until he joined the Board of UEX Corporation in March, 2008.
Helio Diniz
VP Exploration
Mr. Diniz has over 25 years of experience, most recently as Director of Exploration, Brazil for Xstrata (formerly Noranda – Falconbridge). In this role, he was a primary discoverer of the world class Araguaia Nickel Deposits (+100 million tonnes, 1.5% Ni) which are currently undergoing scoping studies by Xstrata Nickel. He also assembled one of the most impressive property portfolios in the prolific Carajas Mineral District and the land position at Mangabal. Prior to that, he worked with GENCOR South Africa, and was involved in the evaluation and development of the Sao Bento gold mine in Brazil which operated for 25 years.
Ryan Ptolemy
Chief Financial Officer
Ryan Ptolemy is Certified General Accountant and CFA charter holder. Mr. Ptolemy is also currently CFO of Rodinia Minerals Inc., a Canadian mineral exploration company with a primary focus on lithium exploration and development in North and South America. From August 2005 to September 2009, Mr. Ptolemy was at an independent investment dealer in Toronto, most recently serving as CFO where he was responsible for financial reporting, auditing, budgeting and internal controls.

Stan Bharti, P.Eng
Chairman
Internationally educated in Moscow and London as a professional mining engineer, Mr. Bharti has over the last two decades consistently grown multiple mining assets generating billions in market capitalization. Mr. Bharti is bottom line driven with an enormous capacity to manage multiple complex transactions. His considerable financial expertise is evidenced by the ability to raise over $750 million for precious and base metal projects across Europe, Australia, South and North American in 2007 alone.

Peter Tagliamonte P.Eng., MBA
Director
Mr. Tagliamonte is a professional mining engineer and also holds an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business, at the University of Western Ontario. He is the former President and CEO of Central Sun Mining Inc. and Chief Operating Officer of Desert Sun Mining Corp., where he was responsible for the development of the Jacobina Mine in Brazil into a 4,200 tonne per day mining operation. Mr. Tagliamonte has over 25 years of professional managerial experience building and operating mines worldwide, notably in Central and South America. In 2005, he received the Mining Journal’s “Mine Manager of the Year” award in recognition for his work in the mining sector.
Stephen G. Roman
Director
Mr. Roman is an entrepreneur/financier who has been involved in the resource industry over the past 30 years and has successfully identified, financed, developed, and brought into commercial production a number of mining and oil and gas projects. His past experience includes acting as a Co-Chairman and Director of Gold Eagle Mines Ltd., director and senior officer of Denison Mines Limited, Lawson Mardon Group, and Zemex Corporation. He also worked to modernize Canada's Armed Forces in 1984/85 as policy adviser to the minister of national defense. In addition, Mr. Roman spearheaded the privatization of two major petrochemical companies in Central Europe and was appointed Chairman of Novácke Chemické Závody, a.s., in 2002.
In recent years, Mr. Roman’s focus has been to finance and develop emerging junior, publicly-listed companies, which include: Gold Eagle Mines Ltd., Exall Energy Corporation, Polar Star Mining Corporation, Silvermet Inc., Verena Minerals Corporation and Global Uranium Corp (a private Ontario corporation). Mr. Roman is currently Executive Chairman of Exall Energy and Polar Star, Chairman & CEO of Silvermet, and President & CEO of Global Uranium. Mr. Roman holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Guelph, Ontario in the field of Geology and Geography. He's also a member of the Canadian Institute of Mining, Metallurgy and Petroleum.
Walid El Koury Daoud
Director
Mr. Daoud is a geologist and gemologist who has been instrumental in Brazil gaining international recognition as a producer and exporter of gemstones. Mr. Daoud was the Commercial Director of the Brazilian Cooperative of Gems and Jewels ("COOPERGEMAS") from 1989 to 2001, and also headed a Federal District workgroup that implemented a government plan for the development of Brazil's Gem and Jewel Industry.
